I’m impressed with the service and quality of product from Austscreen. I bought the 2 panel sliding door (with soft closing) for my kitchen from Austscreen, and they were the only company that was able to fulfil all the conditions in my checklist. Firstly, they were the only company (and I’ve asked about 17 companies) that were able to do 2 panel sliding door of less than 500mm per panel with soft closing. All the other 16 companies that I’ve enquired were unable to meet this requirement. I must say that I’m very impressed with the amount of R&D that Austscreen does in order to cater to the needs of home owners, especially those with young kids, soft closing is very important.
