I’m impressed with the service and quality of product from Austscreen. I bought the 2 panel sliding door (with soft closing) for my kitchen from Austscreen, and they were the only company that was able to fulfil all the conditions in my checklist.

Firstly, they were the only company (and I’ve asked about 17 companies) that were able to do 2 panel sliding door of less than 500mm per panel with soft closing. All the other 16 companies that I’ve enquired were unable to meet this requirement. I must say that I’m very impressed with the amount of R&D that Austscreen does in order to cater to the needs of home owners, especially those with young kids, soft closing is very important.

Secondly, we wanted fabric glass for our door. Almost 90% of the other 16 companies were unable to provide this. Austscreen was the rare few companies that stay ahead of industry advancements, offering fabric glass as part of their product lineup. In addition, they were the only company that provided fabric glass with BOTH tempered glass AND laminate – giving me added assurance of safety for young children.

Thirdly, their team is very professional and provided very good service. I was liaising with Song Lim and Donald, they took time to explain to me and provided me with key information for me to make an informed choice.

Lastly, their product is truly with quality. Their workmanship is great!

The whole experience has been pleasant, the product is wonderful and I will recommend people to Austscreen if you are looking at aesthetic, durable and safe sliding doors.
