I have my kitchen glass screen doors and study room fluted glass screen door installed by Austscreen 3 years ago when I was renovating my place. The screen doors had been working well with no problem over the past 3 years. Today while cleaning the kitchen panels, the track cable snapped and with the help of my ID, she arranged for the Austscreen team to come over within 5 hours on a Saturday. The cable was repaired and they went on to tighten the screws on both the kitchen screens and study screens as well. What surprises me was that when I asked about the repair payment, the service guy replied that there will be no charge as his boss is very particular about after-sales service! I’m impressed with the quality of the repair service and the staffs’ attitude with this situation. Definitely recommending Austscreen for their quality product and service!
